10 YEARS VISION
Accelerate Physical Innovation 10x
As AI pushes beyond the limits of intelligence, humanity is increasingly constrained by the limits of the physical world.
AI may accelerate the evolution of intelligence and generate new theories and ideas at unprecedented speed, but the world does not change until those ideas are brought into the physical world. Manufacturing is what shapes society and moves it forward.
Imagine safer vehicles reaching people everywhere and preventing the loss of life. Imagine rockets produced at the scale of aircraft, expanding the sphere of human activity into space.
Physical innovation changes the world.
By accelerating physical innovation tenfold, CADDi will help accelerate human progress.

Our Origin
CADDi Began on the Manufacturing Floor.
Nights spent correcting defects in sheet-metal parts.
Days packing components into a suitcase and boarding a bullet train to meet a delivery deadline.
Through assembling complete equipment systems and launching factories around the world, we learned firsthand both the difficulty and the reward of making physical products.
We are not outsiders bringing software into manufacturing. Because we have worked inside the industry and experienced the same pain, we can build what others cannot.
We unlock the knowledge embedded in manufacturing operations through data and AI, accelerating physical innovation tenfold.
We are changing the future of manufacturing from within manufacturing itself.

FOUNDERS & LEADERSHIP
Founders
Yushiro Kato
Co-founder & CEO
Co-founded CADDi in 2017 to pursue its mission: “Unleash the potential of manufacturing.” He built a procurement platform for custom-manufactured parts and grew it into one of the world's three largest platforms in its category. Since 2022, he has led the development and expansion of an AI Data Platform for Manufacturing, built on core technologies developed through CADDi's own manufacturing operations, with the goal of accelerating physical innovation 10x.
Aki Kobashi
Co-founder & CTO
Studied electrical engineering at Stanford University, completing both undergraduate and graduate programs. He began his career at a major U.S. aerospace company, where he developed large-scale satellite image-processing systems. He later joined Apple, where he led product development for iPhone, AirPods, and other products. In 2017, he co-founded CADDi with Yushiro Kato.
